How long will the report take to come through?
Typically we will be able to generate your report for you within 2 weeks of the initial audit call. However, for more complex cases it may take a week or so longer
Do we have to use you to implement the suggestions outlined in the report?
No, not at all. You are very welcome to take the report back to your team for them to implement. However, if you do decide to use our services your $1997 audit fee can be fully redeemed against your service fee (not licensing).
What is the refund policy if we aren't happy with the report?
Due to the nature of the project and the time involved in generating the report we are unable to offer a refund. However, we are happy to clarify any aspect of the report that you don't feel is covered in the debrief call.
